Animal Flow
A unique ground-based movement session that's fun and challenging.
By Varun Kapoor

Five hours of fitness, food, music and a pool; the Sunday you keep meaning to have.
2025's FitBeat Festival was on the rooftops of Tanjong Pagar. Classes on the deck, hot tubs, and cold plunges, plus DJs until the city lights came on.
Two reels from last year, both filmed by people who were there.
Try something new. Move together. Stay for the good stuff.
Train in the morning. Try a new fitness activity. Cool off with a swim. Grab lunch together. Spend the day with your favourite people, friends and family. Stay for the music.
One day. New experiences. Your community.
That's the whole shape of it. Sessions run through the day on the lawn, the pool is open from 11, and there's a DJ on from the moment the doors go. You pick what you join and what you skip.
Fitness classes will run all day: four different sessions, run by coaches who don't normally teach in the same room as each other. Formats you may never have tried and wouldn't book on your own.
Lunch together at 1 pm for those who pick up a Food ticket. Fresh pasta from the Wheelers kitchen, and a drink. Meals will be served with your name on them, so grab them while they're hot.
We're bringing back the live DJ sets on the lawn from open to close, as well as the Partner Village: samples, complimentary wellness treatments, and maybe even a prize or two.

Rotational strength and movement training with Indian Clubs, Gada, and Mudgar.

15:00 · Session four
Move, play, connect with a beginners Capoeira workshop.
Learn the basic moves of an Afro-Brazilian art form and martial art, and play in a friendly ‘roda’.
Samples, treatments and a prize or two, between sessions and around the pool.
Haven't trained in three years? There's a session for you. Train five days a week? Also covered. Every coach gives you an easier and a harder version of whatever they throw at you.
We started FitBeat because we kept noticing the same thing: People meet at a bootcamp, click, train together, and then it ends; people head home.
So, this is our answer to that. Come alone, and you won't be alone by lunch.
Come with friends or the family. Kids 5 and under come free. Kids 6 to 15 need a Child Admission ticket booked on the same order as an adult. If you've been trying to get your family moving, this is how to do it for the price you'd usually pay for a brunch anyway.

Yes, genuinely. A good chunk of the attendees will be in the same position. Every session includes an easier version.
Most people do. That's the whole idea!
An Admission Only ticket gets you the pool, the music and the partner village. You're not obliged to do a single burpee 😂
Yes, ages 6 to 15 need a Child Admission ticket, booked on the same order as you, and they must be supervised throughout. Kids 5 and under come free.
Swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, a water bottle, and sunscreen. Sessions run on the lawn outdoors, so please wear suitable footwear.
Wheelers is licensed and doesn't allow outside food or drink. For Food + Admission ticket holders, lunch is served at ~1 pm; they'll have your name on them.
We've got meat, seafood, and vegetarian options, but can't do gluten-free. Wheelers isn't a gluten-free kitchen and can't rule out cross-contamination.
Anything extra from Wheelers, including their bar, is bought and enjoyed at your own discretion, but maybe save the drinking for after the pool.
Labrador Park MRT is a 10 to 15 min walk away, or you can get dropped off by cab at Wheelers Tropikana. Parking isn't reserved for attendees, so spaces aren't guaranteed.
Ticket sales are final; no refunds for weather, illness, or change of plans.
Message us beforehand, and we'll try to sort it, but no promises. We check names at entry, so please don't just show up as someone else!
We run rain or shine. If it pours, we'll shift what we can under cover at Wheelers and keep the day going.
In the event of thunderstorms or storm warnings, we may have to close the pool, a safety call we can't override.
Yes, likely, and some may be used in FitBeat or partner marketing post-event. Let a team member know on the day if you'd rather stay out of shot.
No, take part within your own limits, and tell a coach about any injuries or conditions beforehand. Check with your doctor first if pregnant or managing a condition.
No secure storage on site, so just keep an eye on your things.
Details may shift a little as we finalise partners and activities. If the whole event moves dates, your ticket carries over.
We're building this for people who want a friendly, no-judgment room. Behaviour that undermines that may get you kicked out, without a refund.
