How does the referral scheme work?
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap your name in the top-right corner and select "My Referrals".
- Copy your Unique Referral Link and share it with friends.
- Your friend creates an account, buys a qualifying package, and enters your code at checkout.
- Once their package is confirmed, you’ll both receive your Referral Reward.
Do not share referral codes in customer reviews or via unauthorised paid search activity — credits will not be paid in these cases.
Which packages qualify for referrals?
Your friend must complete the purchase of a qualifying class package using your code. Qualifying packages include: Fit Pass 5, Fit Pass 10, Fit Pass 30, Personal Training 5 Session Pack, Personal Training 10 Session Pack, Personal Training 20 Session Pack, and Personal Training – Couples.
How can I track referrals?
Check the Leaderboard to see the number of friends referred and the possible big Rewards earned.
When does referral credit expire?
All earned credits and rewards expire one year from the date of issuance.
Will I be notified about my referral credit?
Yes, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp with your earned credit details.
What if my friend signs up with a different email?
You still earn credit as long as they use your referral link or code. Only the sender of the referral link used will receive credit if multiple referrals occur.
Can previous customers benefit?
Only new customers can participate. If a friend has an account but hasn’t ordered yet, they can still use your referral link. Note: Applying a different discount code may void the referral credit.
