Singapore’s Only Personal Training Community

Regulated quality. No quick fixes. Friends, not classmates.

Most of our clients come to us through referral — and around 70% of our bootcampers are regulars, some for years
01Why people stay

Why people stay

Six reasons our clients give when we ask them why they’re still here.

Real coaches, properly regulated

Every coach is certified, insured, and NREP registered (government-recognised), in an industry that mostly isn’t. You’re paying for someone fairly paid and properly qualified.

No quick fixes

We’re not chasing a 13-week transformation you boomerang back from. No extremes, no shortcuts, just habits that actually stick.

Welcomed, not tested

Nobody starts in front of a crowd. You may show up as a beginner or stranger, but you’re welcomed, not intimidated.

Trained wherever you are

Home, condo gym, void deck, park, or commercial gym. We bring the workout to you, scaled to whatever equipment you’ve got.

Ready-made community

Bootcamps, socials, events and group chats are there whenever you want them. This is where the real magic happens.

People bring people

Referrals are our biggest source of new clients; most people who join heard about us from someone already training with us.

02Process

How it works

Six steps from first message to first bootcamp. The last one is the bit nobody else offers.

01

Reach out

Book a free chat.

02

Free consultation

Talk to one of our head coaches for about 20 minutes. We learn more about you and plan which coach is the best fit for you and your goals. No obligation.

03

First assessment

The first time you’ll meet your coach, it’s as much a vibe check as anything else. We assess your habits, mobility, movement, and baseline strength, and then share the report with you, no gatekeeping.

04

Purchase & build

If you choose to proceed with a package, we finalise payment, which triggers your coach to build your sessions around what came out of the assessment.

05

Start training

Begin sessions with your coach, at your location. If something’s off for any reason, we can still match you with a coach who better suits your vibe.

06The FitBeat difference

Join the community

Once you’re settled in, you’ll start seeing what else is going on. Bootcamps, socials, and even retreats are there when you’re ready for them.

Results and community

Individual results

At over 70 years old, Marian proved it’s never too late to get leaner and healthier. In 14 weeks, she went from 92.9 kg to 86 kg — from under 5,000 to over 10,000 steps a day. Every kilogramme lost eased pressure on her arthritic knee. She went from irregular eating to structured, high-protein meals (110 g+ a day), and from avoiding the pool to swimming again.

“I lost ~6 kg and dropped 3% body fat, while increasing strength massively (+40% chest press, +58% squat). The coaching was science-based, consistent, and adapted around my lifestyle and injuries.”
Petro P.AI Consultant (Freelance), 44
“In 12 weeks, I lost ~5.5 kg, but the biggest change was the structure and confidence I built along the way. I went from ~3,000 steps a day to 10,000, increased protein to 125–130 g/day, and learned to stay consistent without giving up my social life.”
Cheryll S.Account Manager, 42
“In about 13 weeks, I lost 5 kg through their nutrition coaching, without extreme dieting or giving up my social life. The biggest difference was the structure: clear weekly targets, daily support, and habits I could actually sustain.”
Rena L.Business Owner, 31
“I was dealing with chronic ear pain, PCOS, and Type 2 diabetes, and after seeing multiple specialists, I was even told the pain was ‘psychological’. They were the first coaches to listen truly, believe me, and prioritise safety. We reversed my Type 2 diabetes with major improvements in my bloodwork. It’s been genuinely life-changing.”

04Credentials

Regulated well above the local norm

8 certified coaches across the team

All coaches fully insured

NREP registered — Singapore’s government-recognised trainer registry

First Aid / CPR / AED certified

Team experience from 1+ to 20+ years, including a national physique champion (SEA, Asian & World medallist)

We don’t have clinical-study-level statistics, and we won’t invent them. What we can show you is how our coaches are qualified, registered and insured — which almost nobody in this industry can.

05Between sessions

The bit that keeps people going

Training doesn’t end when the session does. Between sessions, you’re in the WhatsApp group chats where events get shared and conversations happen. That’s often what pulls people from solo training into their first community experience.

The full schedule lives on the community page, and our bootcamp schedule is updated weekly on the FitBeat app (iOS and Android).

06Questions

Common doubts, answered

Am I too old for a personal trainer?

No. What changes with age is the type of training, not whether you can start. Our oldest client is currently 79 and trains twice a week.

Is personal training worth it if I’ve never exercised?

It’s arguably built for exactly this. We specialise in helping true beginners learn the fundamentals, then move into group or social training once the habit’s in place, which is what actually makes it stick long-term.

How do you match me with a coach, and can I change if it’s not a fit?

We match based on your intake form and consult call, aiming for the coach most likely to get you to your goal. If it’s not the right fit, tell us (no questions asked), and we’ll find someone who is.

Are your coaches certified and insured?

Yes! Certified and registered well above Singapore’s industry norm, and covered by extensive public liability and indemnity insurance for every session.

What equipment does a personal trainer bring to your home?

A small kit if needed: resistance bands, a TRX suspension trainer, sometimes light weights. Some sessions work with no equipment at all; we can build a genuinely tough workout from bodyweight alone.

Which parts of Singapore do you cover?

All of it. Most of our current clients are in the central, east coast and north-west regions, but we train islandwide.

Can I do personal training with a knee injury or lower back pain?

Once you’ve been cleared by a healthcare professional or physiotherapist, yes, and usually you should. These conditions are often caused or worsened by inactivity, so moving more, done correctly, tends to speed recovery rather than risk it.

My physio referred me; how do you work with them?

We take your training and therapeutic history and current status from them, run our own assessment, and build a programme they approve before we start. As we go, we check back in to confirm we’re doing the right exercises and avoiding anything we shouldn’t.

Can I train with diabetes, hypertension, or arthritis?

With medical clearance, yes. All three conditions can genuinely improve with the right strength and fitness work, and we’ll help you manage them safely alongside your treatment.

What happens in the first session?

A warm welcome and a few honest questions: sleep, energy, what you last ate. Then a scaled-down walk-through of your workout with room for questions, at your pace. We close by checking how you feel and planning any adjustments for next time.
