02What they actually get out of it

More than just tired legs.

An hour of structured movement, coached and scaled to age, has a measurable effect on children’s health and wellbeing.

Up to 60 minutes of improved focus

Exercise improves working memory and concentration immediately after ... useful for kids who’ll be back in school by July.

60–70% of adult bone density is laid down before age 18

Weight-bearing movement during childhood builds the skeleton. These sessions count.

~25% lower anxiety and depression risk

Per multiple studies, consistent physical activity is one of the most evidence-backed interventions for childhood mental health.

The bigger reason they’ll keep coming back →

Every session has a group huddle; new kids get introduced by name. For kids still finding their feet at The Interlace (or just looking for "their" people), this is where it tends to happen.

Certified Coaches & Qualified Educators — running classes since 2022

Who runs the classes

A qualified educator turned fitness coach.

Fabian spent years teaching children in Germany and at the German European School Singapore before going full-time as a coach in 2023. He understands how kids learn, not just how they move.

He’s been running kids’ sessions since 2022, working with ages 4–12 in the same session, focusing on physical development, social skills, and building confidence through movement.

With his own baby due in September, he’s not just a coach who works with kids ... he’s about to become a parent himself!
