HYROX Singapore is back this June—and if you’re gunning for a new PB or taking on the challenge for the first time, we've got your back.
Starting in early April, we’re launching our 12-week training programme designed to help you build strength, boost your endurance, and prepare like a pro for the big day.
The best part? We’re using our existing bootcamp schedule across Tanjong Pagar, D’Leedon, Simei, the Lawn, and more—plus a limited-time Run bootcamp to help you fine-tune your performance.
What to expect
Weeks 1–4, build your base: Set a strong foundation. Expect full-body strength training, event-specific sessions to learn core movements, and weekly running to improve aerobic fitness. Steady progress, strong habits.
Weeks 5–8, up the intensity: We’ll increase load and complexity in strength work, push the pace in intervals, and start bringing in event-style circuits to mimic race conditions.
Weeks 9–12, dial it in: Expect simulation workouts (quarter, half, and full simulations), smart tapering to help you peak at the right time, and a focus on recovery. You'll enter race week fresh and fired up.
Run bootcamp (limited time only)
Alongside our bootcamps, we’re piloting a dedicated Saturday morning running session at MOE Evans Stadium. It’s all about building your cardio endurance—something every athlete needs.
Don't worry if you're not a fan of long-distance running, we'll be focusing on shorter intervals at a faster pace, as well as progressing your ability over time.

• Thursdays at 7:15 pm: STRONG @ Tanjong Pagar
• Thursdays at 7:15 pm: BURN @ The Lawn
• Fridays at 7:00 am: BURN @ D’Leedon
• Saturdays at 7:30 am: BURN @ Simei
• Saturdays at 9:00 am: RUN @ MOE (Evans) Botanic Gardens
